You may have set up mandatory registration fees on your ticket prices, but would like to remove those for offline registrations.
How to get there:
Login to your Wizathon back end account.
Click on the "Setup/Tools" tab.
What to do:
Click on "Registration Form Setup-Participant & Volunteer Tickets, Questions, Discounts, Goals"
Under the heading "Promotional Codes", click "add promotional code".
Enter a name for the promotional code and "0" under the "Discount percent" field.
Then, select "Yes" next to the "Remove signup fees" field.
Enter the dates and number if relevant, and then click "Save Promotional Code" to maintain your changes.
When entering an offline registration, use this discount code in the Promotional Code field during checkout in order to deduct the mandatory Signup Fees.
