You may want the option to create discounted tickets for those who register earlier for the event.
To get there:
Login to your Wizathon back end account.
Click on the "Setup/Tools" tab.
What to do:
Step 1:
Click on "General Settings".
Under the heading "Registration Settings", locate the text "Early Bird Discounts Applied Before" and enter the date you wish to allow Early Bird ticket pricing to finish. Example: If the early bird price is good through March 31, 2016, enter in the date April 1, 2016.
Click "Save General Settings" to maintain your changes.
Step 2:
Return to the "Setup/Tools" tab, and click on "Registration Form Setup-Participant & Volunteer Tickets, Questions, Discounts, Goals"
Under the Ticket Types heading, click "add ticket type" or edit a ticket type that already exists by clicking the pencil icon to the right of it.
Enter the regular ticket price and an early bird ticket price, as well as any mandatory Signup fees that you may want added to cover processing and venue fees. (For more information regarding Signup fees, see here)
Fill in the other relevant ticket information and click "Save Ticket Type Changes" to maintain your changes.
