There are 3 scenarios for entering a registration for a donor that did not enter the registration online themselves.

To get there:

Go to your event website and click the link “Place an Ad / RSVP” to open your event registration form.


What to do:

Registration that includes a mailed in check

Using the steps below, the system will mark the registration as “paid” and send the donor a notification email noted with “PAID”.

  1. Select the sponsorship category or attendee tickets.
  2. Enter the Attendee information, if applicable.
  3. Enter the Donor Billing Information
    Note: if you don’t have the donor’s email address, use the primary event contact email address.
    Note: if you don’t have the donor’s billing address, use the organization’s address.
  4. Enter the Payment using override code
    1. Choose Credit Card Visa
    2. Enter override code for credit card number
    3. Enter a valid expiration date
    4. Enter any 3 digits in CVV code


Registration with Credit Card Number

Using the steps below, the system will mark the registration as “paid” and send the donor a notification email noted with “PAID”.

  1. Select the sponsorship category or attendee tickets.
  2. Enter the Attendee information if applicable.
  3. Enter the Donor Billing Information for Credit Card used
  4. Enter the Credit Card information.


Registration without Check or Credit Card Number

Using the steps below, the system will send the donor a notification email with payment instructions where to mail the check.

  1. Select the sponsorship category or attendee tickets.
  2. Enter the Attendee information if applicable.
  3. Enter the Donor Billing Information
  4. Choose the Payment method Check
