Ads are set to a pending state when they come in from the registration site, or if set by a staff member or a staff member. In order for the ad to appear on the website the status must be changed to "Active".


How to get there: 

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Websites (Journals) tab.
  • Locate the event you'd like to view. Click on the name of the event or hover over the three dots to the right of the event name and choose manage ads. 
  • Locate the ad that you'd like to activate by typing the last name into the search box. Click on the name of the ad or hover over the three dots to the right of the event name and choose edit.


What to do: 

Locate the "Status" field and select Active.

Click Save with Current Status to maintain your changes or Discard to cancel your changes.
