You may have forgotten your login credentials and need to reset your password for your account.

Forgot your Account ID/Username?

Email and a representative will send over that information to you.

Forgot your Password?

Go to

Click on the "forgot/reset password" button on the login screen.

You will be prompted to enter the Account ID and the email address associated with your GivingForKindness account.

If you've entered the correct information, you will receive an email immediately with a link to reset your password and a code to enter, which will expire after 10 minutes.

Click on that link or copy it into your browser window and complete the reset password process.
