You may want to update the participant age range for your campaign.
How to get there:
Login to your GivingForKindness account.
Click on your current campaign's name or the edit link to the right of it.
What to do:
Click on the "Setup/Tools" tab.
Click on "General Campaign Settings" from the left hand side.
Scroll to the heading "Age Category(ies) of Participants" and check the appropriate age groups.
Click "Save Setting Changes"
