You can login to your Wizevents account to access past event information and to download reports.

2020 Version Solution:

How to get there:

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Registrations/Donation Forms tab.
  • Under the Event Status drop down menu, select Completed and search for the past event in the search box.
  • Locate the event you'd like to view. Click on the name of the event or hover over the three dots to the right of the event name and choose transactions/reports.  
  • Choose the report type that you want from the tabs on the left hand side, registrant, attendee, or custom.

What to do:

Select the options such as report type, relevant dates, registrant and payment status, include survey questions, and ticket types.

Click on the red Run Report button towards the bottom. 

An Excel spreadsheet will download.

Old Version Solution: 

How to get there:

Go to, and enter your client ID, your username, and password. (If you don't have this information, please email and request it)

Then, click on the red Events button.

What to do:

Click on the Completed > 12 months or Completed < 12 months tab to locate the past event.

Click on the second icon, attendees (people icon), located adjacent to the event.

Under the "By Registrant" heading, click on "Export Data Including/Excluding Survey Questions" depending on whether you want the results of your survey questions included in the report.

You can then select which ticket types to include, or select "All Tickets" to export all registration transaction data. You can also simply click on the Export Report button toward the bottom for the complete registration information. 

An Excel spreadsheet will begin to download.
