You may want to address your registrants or inform them of an outstanding balance or change. 


2020 Version Solution:


How to get there:

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Registrations/Donation Forms tab.
  • Locate the event you'd like to view. Click on the name of the event or hover over the three dots to the right of the event name and choose transactions/reports.  
  • Click on the Mailings tab on the left hand side.


What to do:


Step 1:

Click on the Create New Mailing button.

Enter the subject line and text and graphics as needed. 

Click "Save" to maintain or Discard to cancel.


Step 2:

Your mailing is now pending. 

Hover over the 3 dots under Actions adjacent to your mailing, and then you can select edit, preview, delete, or copy, send test, or send job.


Editing the Email:

Click on the edit option.

Customize the subject line, text, and include a photo or graphic if you'd like. 

Click "Save" to maintain your changes.


Previewing the Email:

Click on the preview option.

Another tab will open and you will be able to see what the email will look like. 


Sending a Test Email:

Click on the send test option to send a test email.

Enter the email address and name that you would like to send the test to.

Click "Send Email Test" to proceed with the test.


Sending your Email:

Click on the send job option when you are ready to send the email out.

You can select which participants to send the email to based on ticket type and payment status. Then click, "Send Next Step".

The next form will show your emails will be sent out, based on your previous criteria, preview the email, and allow you to upload any needed attachments (maximum size 500KB per attachment). 

Click Queue to Send to finalize. Your email will be listed under the Queue/Running under the Job Status drop down menu. 

Once it is sent, you will find the email under Completed. 


Deleting your Email:

If you would like to delete the pending email before sending  it, click on the delete option and then click OK on that dialogue box that opens.


Copying your Email: 

If you would like to duplicate the pending email, click on the copy option, and a copy will be added to the pending section.
