Periodically, when a Wizevent transaction is submitted, there is a communication issue and the transaction does not complete. It could be that the credit card was processed, but failed to report back to Wizevents that it processed, or there was a general failure during the processing of the transaction.

When this happens, when you log into your account, a list of incomplete transactions will be displayed. You should print this list and follow the instructions below to rectify each transaction.
