You may want to export your event data for all your events in order to review financial data for a time period. Wizevents offers in this option which results to download in an Excel spreadsheet. Note that custom survey question answers can not be included in this export.

How to get there:

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Registrations/Donation Forms tab.
  • Click on the Global Options button, and select Export All Event Registration Data.

What to do:

Enter the beginning and end dates for the report.

Select whether to include active or cancelled registrations, as well as whether to sort them by alphabetical order or date.

Click on the Export Data button.

An Excel spreadsheet will download to include the event name, ticket purchased, billing information, and payment method.
