Below are the steps to follow to edit/update the Donor Settings.
How to get there:
- Login to your Wizevents account.
- Click on the Campaigns tab.
- Locate the campaign you'd like to make changes to. On the same line, under the actions column, hover over the three dots and choose Campaign Setup.
- Click Donor Settings from the tabs on the left.
What to do:
- Update/Edit the Donation Form Message
This custom text will show on the top of the donation form. - Sponsor Receipt Graphic
Photo or Graphic to appear on each donor receipt. Uploaded images will be resized to 300px in width - Update/Edit the Payment Notification Message
This notification message will be sent to every donor automatically after processing the donation.
