How to get there:
- Login to your Wizevents account.
- Click on the Event Websites (Journals) tab.
- Locate the event you'd like to view. Click on the name of the event or hover over the three dots to the right of the event name and choose manage ads.
- Locate the ad you'd like to view. Click on the name of the ad or hover over the three dots to the right of the ad name and choose edit.
What to do:
Locate the "Status" field and select the status you'd like from the drop down menu.
Click Save with Current Status to maintain your changes or Discard to cancel your changes.

PENDING – An Ad initially is in the status “pending”. Until an ad has been formatted using the edit tool box or by uploading a graphic ad, it should remain pending. If you are the only person managing the ads process, once an ad has been formatted you can mark it “active” (see ACTIVE below).
ACTIVE - Marking an Ad Active: Using the Status drop down on the top of screen change “pending” to “active”. Once an ad has been made active, it will appear on the ad journal event website in the “Scrolling list of Ads”, “Sponsor by Category” list and the “Play Slideshow”.
REVIEWED 1 and REVIEWED 2 – The “reviewed 1” and “reviewed 2” status options can be used if you have a process in place for multiple people to review ads before the ad is made active. For example if one person makes initial edits and then changes the status to “reviewed 1”, another person can identify which ads need to be reviewed and then after review can change the status to active.
MISSING – The “missing” status option can be used if you want to identify ads that are missing congratulatory text or an ad graphic from the person that placed the ad. Once an ad has been formatted you can mark it “active” (see active above).
CANCELLED – The “cancelled” status option can be used if you want to remove an ad from the managed ad list. Cancelled ads will not appear on the ad journal event website in the “Scrolling list of Ads”, “Sponsor by Category” list and the “Play Slideshow”. If you accidently cancel an ad, there is an option to change the status back to “pending” by on the drop down on the Manage Ads screen “Show Cancelled Ads”.
