Go to your event website and click the link “Place an Ad / RSVP” to open your event registration form.
What to do:
Registration that includes a mailed in check
Using the steps below, the system will mark the registration as “paid” and send the donor a notification email noted with “PAID”.
- Select the sponsorship category or attendee tickets.
- Enter the Attendee information, if applicable.

Enter the Donor Billing
Information
Note: if you don’t have the donor’s email address, use the primary event contact email address.
Note: if you don’t have the donor’s billing address, use the organization’s address. - Enter the Payment using override code
- Choose Credit Card Visa
- Enter override code for credit card number
- Enter a valid expiration date
- Enter any 3 digits in CVV code
Registration with Credit Card Number
Using the steps below, the system will mark the registration as “paid” and send the donor a notification email noted with “PAID”.
- Select the sponsorship category or attendee tickets.
- Enter the Attendee information if applicable.
- Enter the Donor Billing Information for Credit Card used
- Enter the Credit Card information.
Registration without Check or Credit Card Number
Using the steps below, the system will send the donor a notification email with payment instructions where to mail the check.
- Select the sponsorship category or attendee tickets.
- Enter the Attendee information if applicable.
- Enter the Donor Billing Information
- Choose the Payment method Check
