You may have placed an ad or photo via the Wizadjournal system, but then cannot view it on the slideshow that appears on the website. Here are some possibilities as to why:


2020 Version Solution:


1. The ad didn't save. 


How to fix:

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Websites (Journals) tab.
  • Locate the event you'd like to make changes to. Click on the name of the event OR on the same line, under the actions column,  the three dots and choose manage ads.
  • Locate the ad that you'd like to update by typing the last name into the search box.
  • If the ad does not appear, it was not saved, and you need to create a new one.


2. The ad is not active:


How to fix:

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Websites (Journals) tab.
  • Locate the event you'd like to make changes to. Click on the name of the event OR on the same line, under the actions column,  the three dots and choose manage ads.
  • Locate the ad that you'd like to update by typing the last name into the search box.
  • Click on the name to edit OR  on the same line, under the actions column,  the three dots and choose edit.
  • From the drop down menu under Status, select active
  • Click Save with Current Status to maintain.



3. The ad was placed on a name listing only sponsorship level.


How to fix:

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Websites (Journals) tab.
  • Locate the event you'd like to make changes to. Click on the name of the event OR on the same line, under the actions column,  the three dots and choose manage ads.
  • Locate the ad that you'd like to update by typing the last name into the search box.
  • Click on the name to edit OR  on the same line, under the actions column,  the three dots and choose edit.
  • From the dropdown menu under Background, select a sponsorship level that does allow for full ads.
  • Click Save with Current Status to maintain.



4. The ad was placed under the wrong sponsorship level.


How to fix:

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Websites (Journals) tab.
  • Locate the event you'd like to make changes to. Click on the name of the event OR on the same line, under the actions column,  the three dots and choose manage ads.
  • Locate the ad that you'd like to update by typing the last name into the search box.
  • Click on the name to edit OR  on the same line, under the actions column,  the three dots and choose edit.
  • From the dropdown menu under Background, select the correct sponsorship level.
  • Click Save with Current Status to maintain.

Change the "Status" to Active.

Click "Save Ad" to maintain your changes.

Change the Background to another sponsorship level that does allow for full ads.
