You may have uploaded a full page graphic to your ad journal that doesn't meet the 1000px x 670px dimensions of the ad area. The resize feature allows you to change the width and/or height of your uploaded ad.
How to get there:
- Login to your Wizevents account.
- Click on the Websites (Journals) tab.
- Locate the event you'd like to view. Click on the name of the event or hover over the three dots to the right of the event name and choose manage ads.
- Locate the ad you'd like to view. Click on the name of the ad or hover over the three dots to the right of the ad name and choose edit.
What to do:
Under the Auto Calc Resize heading, you can click on the tools to either, respectively, decrease the graphic by 10%, increase the graphic by 10%, or make the graphic full page. You can also enter the exact size you'd like the graphic to be by entering the width and height (in pixels) in the Manual Resize section.
You can click on the Restore icon to revert the graphic back to the original
Click Save With Current Status/Save and Make Active to maintain your changes and Discard to cancel your changes.
