You may want to add questions to your registration form to collect more information from your registrants and attendees during the registration process. You can decide whether the question requires an answer or if the answer is optional. You can also specify which tickets the questions will apply to. 

How to get there:

Login to your Wizevents back end account.

Click on the "Events" button.

Click on the pencil icon, "edit" located adjacent to your event.

What to do:

Under Step 2, "Event Session Details", click on the pencil icon, edit.

Locate Step 2.4, "Custom Survey Questions", and click "edit" next to an existing question, or click "Add Custom Survey Question" for a new one.

Then, you can enter the survey question, which tickets it apply to, in what format the question will be answered, whether the registrant is required to answer it and if the answer should display on the notification email.

When finished, click "Save Custom Survey Question Changes".
