This feature allows you to export or create a screen report for all attendees for an event. You can also include other information associated with the attendees entered during registration. For payment and detailed ticket information, please review the Registrant report here


Attendee Report Options:


Session export - this will give you an Excel spreadsheet listing the attendees for one event session

Session screen - this will give you a detailed breakdown for each attendee to one event session on your screen

All session screen - this will give you a detailed breakdown for each attendee for all event sessions on your screen

All session export (no survey questions) - this will give you an Excel spreadsheet listing all the attendee information in all event sessions but can not include survey questions since survey questions are different for each session.

Table Listing - this will give you an Excel spreadsheet listing the attendee names and table numbers, sorted by table number or last name


2020 Version Solution:


How to get there:

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Registrations/Donation Forms tab.
  • Locate the event you'd like to download the report for. On the same line, under the actions column, click on the three dots and choose transactions/reports.


What to do:

On the left hand side under the Reports tab, select attendee.

From the Select Report Type drop down menu, select Export or Screen.

Select which ticket type you'd like to include or select All Tickets (where applicable).

Next select the optional data, such as which other attendees or survey questions to include (where applicable). 

Finally, click on the Run Report button on the bottom and an excel spreadsheet will download.



Old Version Solution: 



To get there:

Login to the Wizevents admin backend.

Click on the "Events" button.
Click on the second icon “attendees” under “Actions” for the event.
Go to the section “BY ATTENDEE” -> Attendee Rosters


What to do:
Click “Standard Export”
Click the check box on the left of the screen: “All Ticket Types that Include Attendees”.
Click on the red button on the bottom of the screen “Display Report” to begin the export.


Additional Notes
If you want to include in the export other information entered by the attendee such as “seating requests”, click the check boxes for that items in the scroll box on the right of the screen.

You can separate Last Name and First Name in to two separate columns through Excel. See steps below:

  1. Insert a Column after Name
  2. Highlight the Name Column
  3. Click on the Tab “Data”
  4. Click on the option “Text to Column”
  5. Choose “Delimited” on the dialog box and click “Next”
  6. Choose “Comma” on the dialog box and click “Next”
  7. Click “Finished”
