When you're ready for your event and registration form to go live, you will have to manually set the event from pending to active.


How to get there:

  • Login to your Wizevents account.
  • Click on the Registrations/Donation Forms tab.
  • Next to the search box, select pending from the drop down menu labeled Event Status. You will now be looking at all your pending events, none of which are live.


What to do:

Locate the event you'd like to preview and hover over the 3 dots adjacent to the event under Actions. 

Select activate form. When the dialogue box pops up, click Ok to confirm. 

You will now be on the Active events page, and will be able to make edits from there by clicking on the 3 dots under actions, and selecting form setup. You can also grab the URL to share by clicking
