A recent update to Microsoft Excel 2010 has caused a problem when exporting Wizevents registrant and attendee reports where the Excel spreadsheet opens as a blank spreadsheet.
In order to fix this problem so that all data displays in the spreadsheet, proceed with the following steps:
1. Open Excel 2010.
2. Click on File > Options.
3. Select Trust Center > Trust center settings.
4. Select Protected view.
5. Uncheck all the options under Protected View > OK.
6. Restart Excel 2010 and try again to export the registrant or attendee reports to Excel.
