Follow the instructions below to view which registrants used discount codes during registration.
How to get there:
- Login to your Wizevents account.
- Click on the Registrations Forms tab.
- Locate the event you'd like to view. Click on the name of the event or hover over the three dots to the right of the event name and choose transactions/reports.
What to do:
On the left hand side under the Reports tab, select registrant.
Select which ticket type you'd like to include or select All Tickets (where applicable).
Finally, click on the Run Report button on the bottom and an excel spreadsheet will download. The Discount Code column in in the spreadsheet shows if a discount code was used and which discount code . You can sort by this column if you choose, if you find it more helpful.
