A donor may want to split payment between two credit cards, or two donors may want to sponsor one item jointly. Our system can only process one credit card per transaction. Below are some suggestions for how to circumvent that:
- Have one of the two donors make a registration at the joint sponsor category level (i.e. silver level) using a discount code setup with 50% off. Then the other donor can make another registration for the balance using the other contributions option listed on the registration form.
- Charge the two credit cards outside of the Wizevents system and then use the payment by check option on checkout. After the registration goes through, mark the registration as paid from the admin backend under "manage registrants".
- Charge the two credit cards outside of the Wizevents system and then use the the override code on checkout to automatically mark the registration as paid.
